What To Expect
We at MyTechGist will pick up some of the most exciting new items from the show. Amid health surveillance and global closure, events are changing online – and, like the E3 Gaming Expo and other shows. CES 2021 has completely shifted to the Internet, replacing the “all-digital” conference with the following program from January 11 to January 14:
Hopefully this year it will be possible for major brands to host their live broadcast ads – think Sony, LG, Samsung, and the like – to manage their broadcast with smaller companies or come up with CES presentation videos.
We are on our way next year during keywords and media conferences as we look forward to hearing about new and great technologies. Like the new 4K and 8K TVs, headphones, laptops, smartphones, drones, speakers, and more.
The first day of the show will be keywords from AMD, General Motors, Verizon, and CTA, and we hope to hear from LG, Sony, and Samsung, though no one is clear.
In a typical year, CES travels to Las Vegas for almost a week, with technology products and equipment from around the world coming together, making deals and completely covering the latest announcements. It is difficult to predict what will happen if it is only online, but has been holding the CTA for a few months, so we hope things go well.
CES has always been Samsung’s biggest show. This is where the company selects the latest QLED TVs, display screens. These have all come with and beautiful custom installations and innovations in the computer and phone center.
Samsung often announces soundbars to go with their new TVs, and we expect the same from CES 2021. The 2020 audio range, including the HW-Q950T and HW-Q900T, comes with Dolby Atmos and DTS: as well as -X immersive audio, SmartTings support and Amazon Alexa voice control.
At CES 2021, Samsung Soundbars will be available with Google Assistant voice control and more connectivity options than Alexa and its predecessors. We would love to see suggestions from Samson Sonos on the implementation of the latest TrueHD and Dolby Digital Plus codecs to provide Hi-Res audio without loss.
